Dr. Steffen Reinhard
Dr. Reinhard spezialises on commercial and corporate law. He advises his clients in their relations with customers and suppliers. He assists in drafting commpany agreements and consults in controversials between shareholders.
Dr. Reinhard is further focused on intellectual property rights. Because of his long-term experience at the University of Würzburg, he consults his clients on trademarks, designs and patents. This comprises the registration of intellectual property rights, the representation of proprietors in cases of infringements and the defence against the charge of infringements. Further, he advises his clients in competition law.
Besides, Dr. Reinhard consults in information technology law and data protection. As BA in business information technology, he understands the technical background of his clients.
Born in 1984, Dr. Reinhard studied business information technology at the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim. He graduated with a Diploma and a Bachelor of Arts with honours. During that time he worked for a large software company at Walldorf.
Between 2007 and 2012, he studied law at the Julius-Maximilans-University of Würzburg and graduated with honours.
From 2012 to 2014, he was law clerk in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg. As part of this education, Dr. Reinhard was intern at a magic circle law firm at Frankfurt in the areas of banking law and private equity.
Beginning in 2008, Dr. Reinhard worked at the University of Würzburg for Prof. Dr. Olaf Sosnitza, first as student, later as research assistant. There he gained his doctorate in 2019 with a thesis on trademark law.
Since 2015, Dr. Reinhard teaches commercial and corporate law at the University of Cooperative Education at Bad Mergentheim.
