    Dr. Dollmann specializes in individual and collective employment law and represents both employer and employee.
     
    He consults and represents a variety of industries, public entities, church and charitable institutions and assists in developing solutions for his clients' problems such as the introduction of state-of-the-art payment systems, handling of discriminatory behavior, or flexibilization of work hours schemes.
     
    He represents his clients throughout all employment law instances up to the EU supreme court. He handles proceedings regarding the termination of contracts as well as labor disputes between company and works council regarding the latter's right of codetermination.
     
  • Vita

    Born in 1971, Mr Dollmann studied law at the Julius-Maximilian university in Wurzburg and at the Université de Basse Normandie in Caen, France from 1994 to 1997. After his graduation cum laude, Dr Dollmann did a practical training term in Bavaria.

    Lawyer since 2000 and partner to the KONRAD law firm since 2001, Dr. jur. since 2002.

    Since 2004 he has been coaching employment law for companies, personnel management and members of works councils. Also in 2004, he received his mediator degree (DAV) and since 2005 he has been active as business mediator.

    In 2006 Dr Dollmann started teaching business mediation at the Wurzburg law school, a faculty of the Julius-Maximilian university.

    He has been teaching employment law and conflict management at the GGS German Graduate School of Management & Law since 2007 and employment and bankruptcy law at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg.
